Hi, my name is Koen, and I believe that it is important that you feel comfortable in your own skin. Your body is the only place you will truly live in your whole life, so it is important that you feel good in it. I have practised various forms of martial arts and know what it is like to suffer from an injury. Nothing could be more important than a good physiotherapist to help you get back on your feet again.
My preparatory education included the Barlaeus grammar school. But studying the world from an ivory tower did not appeal to me. I wanted (and still do want) to work on ground-level. That is why I chose to study Physiotherapy at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I enjoy working at Kirchhoff Fysio and have done so since 2016, among and with people, rolling up my sleeves, treating/training people until they feel great again.
